- Hi, my name is Debi, I originally created this blog to keep my friend Megan up to date with pictures of my kids/family, but lately it has become a place for me to explore topics and Ideas, mostly core beliefs that I am not sure I believe anymore. I love comments! whether you agree with me or not! I love help seeing the whole picture, and I try to openminded to lots of different Ideas, - thanks for visiting! My nickname is Dubs because a guy in College kept calling me that - and I liked it. I use the number 2007 because that is the year I first went to "The School for the work" of Byron Katie. It is the year I feel like I finally made a dent into my "issues". I have struggled with Depression, an eating disorder, suicide thoughts and anxiety attacks for as long as I can remember. Currently I Love life, and am learning how to be a good mom to my 4 beautiful daughters and a very handsome sone - and trying to not yell so much. Life is good.
